World Climate Service New User Signup     The World Climate Service website utilizes user email addresses as unique identification. This ensures that there will never be problems choosing a username.     When signing up, the user supplies the WCS website with their email addresss and waits for a confirmation email containing a temporary password for accessing the site.   The user then logs into the website, sets up the user's information and preferences, and then has access to the forecasts.   Our system is designed to ensure that only valid users will receive access to the website, and that the World Climate Service will be able to contact its users with necessary updates and information regarding their account.
